01 · The Story

Two brothers,
one exterior company.

Chase and Chris Hite are lifelong Kansas City residents. The brothers grew up in the exterior construction industry, working from their teenage years at their father's exterior construction wholesale company. In 2012 Chase formed Great Plains Exteriors, initially focusing on siding.

Chris joined in 2018, bringing his experience as a certified general contractor. Since then the business has grown to cover every aspect of exterior finishes: roofing, gutters, windows, doors, railings and decks, plus new single-family, multi-family and commercial construction across the Kansas City metro.

    Roofing usually takes 1 to 2 days and windows 1 to 2 days. Siding takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on tear-off and prep work. You get a precise timeline at your consultation.

    We only provide products that we would use for our own homes, and we offer lifetime warranties so you can be certain about the investment.
